My experience with depression feels cliché, which means overused, lacking originality, or stereotypical. I’ve been increasingly frustrated by the dull redundancy of my depression and how irritatingly cliché depression generally seems, with the same old symptoms, assumptions, misunderstandings, and stigma struggles.
